Join us on November 14, 2024, for Free Your Mind: An Evening of Art, Culture, and Conversation, a special benefit event supporting Youth Alive!’s life-saving violence prevention and healing programs. Held at The Crucible in Oakland from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, this powerful evening will feature photos of healing from the streets of Oakland by Angie Shockness, a Live Active Mural, and a Car Show. Enjoy a live performance by Turf Inc, fire art demonstrations by Crucible artists, and hand-crafted cocktails, all while engaging in a meaningful conversation about how art can prevent and heal violence in our communities. Delicious food will be provided by WahPehPah’s Kitchen. All proceeds support Youth Alive!’s critical work in Oakland.
